BHM

Bachelor of Hotel management or simply BHM is an undergraduate course which teaches students the various fundamentals of hotel management and catering technology. The course has no fixed duration. Some colleges offer it as a 3-year course while some offer it for 4 years duration. For students to be eligible for this course, they should have cleared their 10+2 with satisfactory marks.

This course focuses on teaching students the very nuances of hotel management and the deep knowledge too. The course curriculum includes topics like Methods of Cooking, Food Commodities, Food and Beverage Services, Control Methods, Restaurant Planning, Oral Skills, Computer Applications, Hotel Accounting, etc.
